Togethis is a conversation card game for couples, families, and friends, developed by Dmytro Lyshtva (Ukraine). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Togethis on Apple devices you own or control, under the Apple Media Services Terms. The app's content — questions, texts, artwork — belongs to the developer and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed outside the app.
Question packs and bundles are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases can be restored on any device signed into your Apple ID and support Family Sharing. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under their standard policy — we have no access to your payment details.
Packs may receive new questions over time, and new packs may appear. Reasonable effort is made to keep content available, but the catalog and the free portion of any pack may change. Purchased packs remain yours.
The app's current age rating is shown on its App Store page. Some packs may be intended for adults only — such packs require an in-app age confirmation. You are responsible for how you use the questions in your conversations — play kindly.
Togethis is an entertainment product. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and is not relationship counselling, therapy, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this address. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

Актуальна вікова оцінка застосунку вказана на його сторінці в App Store. Окремі паки можуть бути призначені лише для дорослих — такі вимагають підтвердження віку в застосунку. Ви самі відповідаєте за те, як використовуєте питання у своїх розмовах — грайте з повагою одне до одного.
